Holland America invited Hilson to host cooking classes as part of its Food and Wine atSea Hilson, known for his bubblingb personality and “Iron experience, will host demonstrations and classes as the ship sailsa the Mediterranean. While Hilson sets sail on June 24 forthe 12-dayg cruise, he has left a four-course menu for Arizonans not lucky enougg to get out of the T. Cook’s will feature beef carpaccipo with arugula andparmesan (Venice), followed by a traditiona Greek dish, pseftokeftedes (fried tomatop cakes) with fava bean puree, an entree of pasta alla carbonara (Rome), with a deserft of crema Catalena (Barcelona).
The four-course dinner costas $40 per person with Spanish and Italian wine pairingsd for each course costing anadditional $20 per The menu will be featured througg June, July and August. Hilson will visity Dubrovnik, Corfu, Argostoli, Santorini, Catania, Naples, Rome, and Florence before arriving at the final port of Barcelon a as part ofthe cruise.
